Georgia Tree Response started with a plain idea. Homeowners deserve a tree company that explains the work, shows up when promised and treats the property like it matters. Too many people have dealt with crews who quote one price, add charges on the day and leave sawdust across the driveway. We set out to do the opposite.
Today our crews handle everything from a single dead pine in a backyard to full storm cleanup after a hurricane. We serve neighborhoods across Metro Atlanta, Augusta and Savannah. The trees change from place to place. Red clay holds roots differently than coastal sand, and a live oak in Savannah needs different care than a water oak in Marietta. Our approach stays the same everywhere: look closely, explain clearly and do the job right.
“A tree job is finished when the customer feels good about the yard they are looking at, not just when the tree is down.”
Our mission is to make professional tree care easy to understand and safe for every property we work on. Three values shape how we plan, price and complete each job.
Choosing a tree company is choosing who gets to work around your home, your car and your family. These are the standards we hold ourselves to.
Every job has a written plan for where the tree will fall or how it will be lowered. Crews stop work during lightning or high wind. Coverage and credentials: [BUSINESS INFO REQUIRED].
We know that Savannah and many metro Atlanta cities have their own tree rules. We check local permit requirements before cutting regulated trees, so you are not hit with a fine later.
You get a confirmed work date and a heads-up before the crew arrives. If weather forces a change, we call you instead of leaving you guessing.
Cleanup is part of the job, not an extra. We chip branches, remove debris and rake the work area so your yard is usable the same day.
Each job follows the same four stages. This keeps the work predictable for you and safe for our crew, whether it is a quick trim or a full removal.
Before any work begins, you should feel confident about the crew coming to your property. Ask us for proof of general liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage. Ask how the tree will be removed and what is included in cleanup. We are happy to answer these questions before you book.
These are the same questions to ask any tree company. Insurance protects you if a worker is hurt or property is damaged during the job. Training matters too. You can check whether an arborist holds an ISA credential through the International Society of Arboriculture’s Trees Are Good consumer site. To check a company’s complaint history, use the Georgia Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division resources.
